The supplement of Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM and Collagen, promotes one of the best known formulas of natural products for the health of the joints and other organs in the body.

Glucosamine, chondroitin, collagen and MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), are naturally substances for important parts of the joints and other organs in the body.

Benefits from the product

Glucosamine is a component of carbohydrates that the body does not use as energy and becomes part of the structure of tissues, therefore, it refers to organs such as ligaments, eyes, tendons, nails, skin, bones and the valves of the heart.

This compound is extracted from animal material (articular cartilages, embryonic tissues, interior walls of vessels, skin, among others) from fish or shark and from the exoskeleton of shrimp.

Glucosamine is a natural substance that is reserve in the cartilages, tendons, and ligaments; it is used to obtain glycosaminoglycans, for the formation of cartilage, which is also synthesized by the body, but eventually will be less synthesized with the time.

It prevents the enzymes from breaking the cartilage of diseased joints, stimulating their reconstruction and making the joint fluid more protective.

It also provides therapeutic properties on the joints, being useful to relieve pain of injuries in the elbows, knees, hands and hips as a result of physical activity. Besides, it helps maintain the structural integrity of the joints and connective tissue, and prevents the wear and tear of joint tissues.

Glucosamine lubricates and improves the mobility of the joints, being beneficial in the long term. During the process of rehabilitation due to a physical injury, it favors the reconstruction of a damaged joint. Even more, this supplement stimulates physical and mental energy.

Chondroitin is a substance found naturally, in high concentration, within the connective tissue that surrounds the joints of the body. It attracts fluid to the cells of the joints and helps to produce lubrication that allows a more fluid movement of these. For instance, people suffering from arthritis have low levels of chondroitin.

Chondroitin is structurally similar to glucosamine, another contributor to cartilage, both are classified as glycosaminoglycans (GAG), and as supplements to treat osteoarthritis.

It is also a natural part of the connective tissues that support the body, as in bones and cartilages. It is essential for the functioning of these organs, since it absorbs the necessary fluids in the tissues and blocks the enzymes that can damage it. Furthermore, chondroitin is the basis for the formation of new cartilage tissue.

MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) is an organic source of sulfur, which is involved in the production of other vital substances in the body such as cartilage. It is also found in foods such as vegetables and dairy products. MSM supports the body’s ability to produce antioxidants and reduce inflammation. Helping to get rid of excess calcium, which is a risk of degenerative diseases, is considered a natural energizer by reducing the amount of energy that cells get to eliminate liquids and toxins accumulated in cells.

One of the main benefits of the MSM is its proven ability to relieve body damage and inflammation.

The sulfur provided by MSM intervenes in the formation of enzymes, collagen and amino acids, the latter being important for the development of the proteins needed in the formation and maintenance of bones and hair. Approximately half of the total organic sulfur contained in the human body is found in muscles, bones and skin.

Collagen is the most abundant protein in our body. Like all proteins, collagen is made up of chains of amino acids that provide resistance and flexibility to our tissues. This is a very important component of bones, tendons, ligaments, cartilage and skin. It also protects our muscles and vital organs and is part of the wall of the blood vessels, cornea, teeth, gums and the scalp. Collagen is known as it:

  • Helps to stick the skin to the muscles and thus avoid sagging in the body, especially in the arms, legs and abdomen.
  • It can decrease the pain, inflammation and stiffness of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, juvenile arthritis and gout.
  • Involved in the repair of cartilage tissue.
  • Strengthens bones, joints and nails.
  • Improves the firmness of the skin and helps to heal wounds.
  • Strengthens hair.
  • Help the body recover after exercise

    Warnings

Glucosamine can increase insulin resistance. People with type 2 diabetes, and those who are overweight and have problems with glucose tolerance, should carefully monitor their blood sugar if they use glucosamine supplements.

Glucosamine is contraindicated in patients who suffer from high blood pressure, unless your doctor advises otherwise.

In the case of people with blood clotting problems, they should have a special dose, since excess glucosamine increases the risk of bleeding.

For allergies to seafood or other, consult your doctor before you start taking glucosamine. In most cases, allergies are caused by the proteins found in shellfish, not by chitin, the carbohydrate from which glucosamine is extracted.

Due to insufficient safety data, children, pregnant women, and nursing mothers should avoid the use of glucosamine.

DO NOT use if the safety seal is broken or missing.
